Our CEO, John Chesher, founded Trak Search in 1995, although in those days it was known as Trak Executive. It was to evolve to the Trak Group in 2005 to eventually become a group which today comprises Trak Search, Trak Education & Trak Shortlist. We are also referred to as ‘TrakRecruit’ in various on-line forums, such as Twitter.
People who have experienced our work would attest to our service being underpinned by ‘integrity, experience, focus’.
We provide a range of recruitment services to support organisations in the not-for-profit area, including in the education, welfare, community and social service sectors as well as religious institutes and congregations. Our central office is based in the Sydney CBD, however our clients are spread across Australia, covering metropolitan, regional and rural areas.
As a part of our recruitment service, we are known for helping people to transition from commerce to not-for-profit as well as from city to regional and rural areas.
