Tips on developing an early morning work-out to build a more productive day

How much more productive and energetic do we feel when we start the day with some exercise? I’m not a morning person but whenever I avoid the repeated use of the saviour button (usually labelled as snooze button) to fit in some early exercise, the day seems to go very differently, with so much more accomplished. I’m sure I’m no different to the many others who miss out on the advantages of an early morning workout by trotting out the usual excuses of not having the time. This article by Jennipher Walters titled Tips For Working Out in the Morning Without it Being Miserable might help you as I’m hoping it helps me.
