Is curiosity the key to positive change?

Throughout the evolution of humans, habits that have been programmed for survival are now becoming the habits that can kill us.

Habits follow a very structured format: Trigger, Behaviour, Reward

In his TED Talk, Judson Brewer talks about tapping into our natural reward based learning to break habits rather than forcing change. Lean into curiosity, making us step outside of fear based thinking and into being in the moment.

Being curiously aware in that moment you have an impulse has the potential to have a very different outcome in breaking unwanted habits:
