Our Lady of Mercy College Parramatta was established by the Sisters of Mercy in 1889. Founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, faithful to its Mercy tradition, OLMC is a Catholic Independent Girls School committed to excellence in education, respect for the dignity of each individual and the development of a strong sense of justice and social responsibility. With total staff of 107 (FTE), OLMC’s current enrolment is 880 girls across Years 7-12.
The Deputy Principal is a member of the College Leadership team. A key role of the Deputy Principal is to assist the Principal in the four domain areas identified in the College’s Strategic Improvement Plan: Catholic Identity; Learning; Wellbeing; and Sustaining Success for the Future. The position has become available due to a review by the OLMC Board as part of their Strategic Improvement Plan.
