Marist Sisters’ College Woolwich is a girls Catholic secondary school founded by the Marist Sisters in 1908 who settled in Woolwich to bring Marist education to the young women of Sydney. Marist Sisters’ College is not just a school with girls, it is a school for girls. Student numbers have maintained a steady increase over the past five years, with a current enrolment of over 1000 girls and more than 80 teaching and numerous support staff.
The College is part of a system of 150 Catholic schools administered by the Catholic Education Office, Sydney.
Reporting to the Principal and working with Catholic Education Office staff, the role exists to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching through effective financial control and property management. The role is responsible for the leadership of the College’s financial functions and all aspects of the property assets.
Despite this role having responsibility for property and facilities management, such experience is not essential providing applicants have the (a) desire; and (b) capacity to learn and take ownership of this diverse portfolio of responsibilities.
