As a member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) we operate in accordance with the ethical framework required of member organisations. Trak Search observes the highest standard of integrity and professional conduct.
People associated with Trak Search are required to abide by our code of professional conduct. The following principles and practices provide a brief overview of the environment in which we operate:
- Our communication with clients and candidates will be timely and honest.
- We will treat as confidential any sensitive information. Such information cannot be sent indiscriminately and permission must be obtained from the owner before release.
- We will give honest and truthful representation of all information in our dealings with clients or candidates. We will not retain information about clients or candidates that could influence the decision of either party.
- We will never initiate any action to solicit, lure or entice people employed by client organisations.
- Candidate information will only ever be used in relation to the normal recruitment processes of Trak Search. Neither Trak Search nor its people will use such information for any other purpose whatsoever and our Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Privacy Act
- We will not undertake actions that may jeopardise a person's current employment.
- We do not charge any person a fee for facilitating their search for employment
- The consultant assigned a project will complete the project. While the consultant could utilise some internal support, the project will not be re-assigned to a less qualified person.
- We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, such as falsely advertising that a position exists.
- We will comply with all legal, statutory and government requirements
