Our client is a leading Catholic Independent school, established more than 100 years ago and situated in Sydney’s Inner West. They provide comprehensive K-12 education and value highly the quality of the community life that is so much a part of their story.
The College is seeking a self-motivated, proactive and experienced professional to lead the Community Relations and Development Team. This team is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach to fundraising and identifying opportunities to build and promote relationships with alumni, current and prospective parents and the wider community.
This is an exciting opportunity and interested people will be expected to demonstrate:
- Successful experience in the area of fundraising, promotion and developing community relations;
- Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation;
- Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, administration, communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively, foster team work and build relationships;
- Sound understanding of the responsibilities of this role in a Catholic values based organisation.
Remuneration will be negotiated depending upon experience, however circa $120,000 is anticipated to attract the high-calibre person we seek.
